Assessment Period
Refund requests will be assessed within 15 working days of submission.
Refund Approval
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 15 working days through the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Communication
Chargebacks without prior communication will lead to account suspension and may be disputed legally.
