1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase or project commencement.
  • Refunds are only applicable if:
    • The service was not delivered as per the agreed terms.
    • A technical issue occurred that could not be resolved.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Custom software development services once the project has commenced.
  • Consultation services already rendered.
  • Third-party software/licenses purchased on your behalf.

3. Refund Process

  • Contact Us: Users must submit a refund request via email at care@patchlinetech.com with relevant order details.
  • Assessment Period: Refund requests will be assessed within 15 working days of submission.
  • Refund Approval: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 15 working days through the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks

Chargebacks without prior communication will lead to account suspension and may be disputed legally.
